How soon should we book our photographer?Honestly... As soon as possible. But we would say that right.. With anything wedding related to weddings its always best to book early so you are not left disappointed. Wedding photographers regularly book up at least 12 months in advance some times more. That being said there is nothing wrong with sending us a message any time to see if we are able to help or recommend someone who can.

There are so many wedding photographers to choose from.. How do we know which ones to choose?Well first and foremost you should ask yourself the question will i get on with this person. You will spend a lot of time speaking with your photographer leading up to your wedding and will spend a fair bit of time with them on your wedding day. This is why we always like to meet our clients before we book to make sure the chemistry is there. Secondary to this is do you like the photographers work.. Remember these images will be with you for the rest of your life.. If you can answer yes to both of these points .. Then sign the booking forms then and there and relax knowing your in good hands.

Do you photograph formal family/group shots as part of your packages?Of course we will if that is important to you and what you want from your wedding. That being said you do need to consider that each group shot you request will take around 3-4 minutes to complete and as such just 10 group shots can take as long as 40 minutes to get through This could be an issue for any elderly relatives or people with young children who will inevitibly get bored.. We recommend keeping your group shot list to a minimum to allow you to spend more time with your guests and enjoying the wedding you have spent so long planning.

What if you are ill and unable to shoot our wedding? To lay your mind at rest we have not missed a wedding in 13 years due to illness. One of the biggest benefits of having two photographers is that the chances of us both being ill on the same day are extremely low. So at a worse case there would be at least one photographer there to capture your wedding. Also we have a lot of contacts in the Wedding Photography world and would normally be willing to find another photographer to step in to help out on the day.
-
Are there any hidden/extra costs? As far as the actual wedding goes there are no hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay. The only time there may be a small additional charge is if your ceremony is over 90 minutes from the GL10 postcode we would require accommodation the night before the wedding to reduce the risk of traffic delays on the day of your wedding.

Are you insured? This is such n important question you should be asking any potential photographer and for us the answer is..... Of course. We hold full Public liability and Indemnity insurance. Proof can be provided if required.
-
Will you a blog of our wedding and images from the day appear on your website/social media? As a standard yes they will. This is the perfect way for us to advertise our services to new clients. It is likely how you found us. That being said if for whatever reason you do not want this to happen please make this know to us ASAP.
